Who we are
Affordable Renters Quotes is a public brand for tenant and renters insurance quote requests. The site is operated by Business Insurance Brokers LLC, a licensed United States insurance agency. License information for the nine states listed on this site is available upon request through the quote form.
What you may use this site for
You may read the public pages and submit a quote request for a rental you live in (or will live in) located in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Arkansas, South Dakota, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Indiana. You may not use the form to submit rentals outside those licensed states as a marketed placement, to request landlord building coverage or commercial products this site does not offer, or to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content. A mailing address may be in another U.S. state even when the rental is in a licensed state.
A quote is not a binder
Submitting the form, receiving a follow-up, or seeing an estimated premium does not bind coverage. Coverage exists only when an insurance carrier issues confirmation according to its rules and the policy forms it issues.
Accuracy and referral
You agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You authorize us to share the submission with carriers, underwriting partners, and, when you have consented, affiliate or partner agencies if we refer the file.
How to contact us
New submissions and privacy requests described in the privacy policy use the Get a Quote form. The form may collect your own phone and email so we can reach you.
Intellectual property
Page content, marks, and layout on this site belong to the operator or its licensors.
